Michaels, Thomas A. 84 of Crystal River entered into rest on December 1, 2015.
Thomas was a former Senior Bankruptcy Analyst for the Department of Justice Buffalo, NY Office.
He served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. Thomas was an amateur water colorist and loved painting and was a member of 2 watercolor societies. Thomas also loved horse racing.
He is survived by his loving companion of 8 years Nancy Antonich at home, one son Stephen Michaels and his wife Yvonne of Buffalo, NY, 2 daughters Mary Malone of Buffalo, NY and Carrie and her husband Mark King of Buffalo, NY, 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Thomas was predeceased by his son Matthew Michaels and Grandchild Shanon King.
Memorial donations may be made to the Legacy House 9505 SW 110 Street, Ocala.
Funeral Services will be held at Florida National Cemetery on Monday January 25, 2016 at 11:30 AM with full Military Honors.
