Kathleen (Kay) Mansmann, 90 years of age, passed away on Friday, June 22, 2018. Born and raised in Jersey City, NJ, she has resided in Beverly Hills, Florida for 30 years. Kay was an advocate to enhance the lives of those less fortunate and did all she could to assist the needy, whether it was volunteering for feeding the homeless, serving dinners at the Christian Kitchen, wrapping Christmas gifts for the Boys & Girls Club, or serving on the Board of the Brentwood Retirement Community. She was an active member of the CCW & Auxiliary of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church donating her time for fundraising activities and serving on the scholarship committee. She is survived by her loving children, Kathleen of Leonardtown, Maryland, Janet of San Antonio, Texas and John of North Bergen, NJ, Donna his wife, as well as many nieces and nephews and countless friends. She was predeceased by her husband, John. A Memorial Mass will be offered at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at 10:00 am. The family requests in lieu of flowers or tributes, donations be made to Hospice of Citrus and the Nature Coast, PO Box 641270, Beverly Hills, FL 34464-1270.
