Fred Henry Conway was born on February 2nd, 1939 in Birmingham, Alabama to Hazel and Herbert Conway Sr. On December 9th, 2023, he left his earthly home to begin his eternal life as he stepped into his presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Fred grew up in Leesburg, Florida and graduated from Leesburg High School. He married Rebecca “Becky” in 1958 and moved to Orlando, Florida. They were married for 65 years. Fred and Becky moved from Orlando to retire in Crystal River, Florida in 2006.
He owned his own ceramic tile business in Orlando. He helped found Union Park Little League in the 1960s. Fred received his real-estate license and worked as a realtor in Crystal River until he retired again.
Fred is survived by his wife, Rebecca “Becky” Conway, sons Christopher I. Conway and Michael N. Conway and wife Jodi Conway, grandsons Corey and wife Alex, Codey and wife Aly, sister Bernice Beasley, and nieces and nephews. ROLL TIDE ALABAMA
