E. Frances Stout, age 92, retired dental technician, passed away December 9, 2013. She was preceded in death by parents Edward and Virginia Holstegge, husband Charles, son Gary, brothers Frank and Jimmie Holstegge. Survived by sister Charlotte and husband David Stone of Wichita, KS, and several nieces and nephews.
