Debra Sue Allonge "Debby", age 62 of Belton, Missouri passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2024. She was surrounded by loved ones and dear friends after a brave fight from a sudden serious illness. Debby was born on June 11, 1962 in Kansas City, Missouri at St. Mary's hospital.
Debby graduated from Harrisonville High School, and then attended college at CMSU in Warrensburg MO. Soon after she met David Farwig and moved to Wentzville MO, just outside of St Louis MO. They married and had a daughter, Rebecca Lynn in 1985. Four years later they had twins Kirk Michael, and Kelsey Joanne in 1989. In 2006 Debby moved to the Kansas city area to be closer to her parents.
Debby was most recently a long time employee of Peterson Manufacturing where she had many friends and was very well respected. In her younger years she worked at Sav-a-lot grocery store, and was an office administrator at the National Equestrian Center for many years.
In September 2015 Debby met Don Allonge on a blind date. Don invited her to watch her 1st Chiefs game at his friend LJ's house. She became a loyal Chiefs fan, and loved wearing all the Chiefs gear and fun Chiefs earrings. Don and Deb were a fun, loving couple and quickly spent everyday together since they met. They married on October 26, 2019. Whatever they did, they did it together and with FUN!!!
Debby was a loving, caring person who was always giving of her time. She had a spontaneous wit and enjoyed making people laugh and be happy. She used to love to write poetry and even created short skits for her kids to act out when they were young. She loved sunsets, live music, and long drives in the car. She loved being at home and working on crafts like diamond art. She was recently learning to paint and sketch with much enjoyment.
She is preceded in death by her father Walter Earl Cundiff.
