Allyson Marie Wen

She was born on November 24th 1974, in Long Branch, NJ, to Bob and Joann (Dufford) Schlenger. Allyson graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Monmouth University with a Master of Science in Software Engineering.

She was married to William Wen on September 19th 2003, in Neptune, NJ. They have two sons, Jack and Alex.

Allyson was a homemaker with a passion as a lifestyle consultant, working with Pure Romance, Color Street, MONAT and others. She was also an active member of the International Community School PTSA, and she loved reading, Pokémon, traveling, and snowboarding.

Allyson is survived by her husband William; her two sons, Jack and Alex; her parents Bob and Joann; and her brothers, Phillip Schlenger and Mark Hewitt.

A service will be held at Sunset Hills Funeral Home & Memorial park on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 2pm, with visitation starting at 1pm. The family will also be holding a Celebration of Life in New Jersey (TBD).
