He is preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Clark and Ivy Mae (Jones) Childers, Sr., and wife, Rosemarie (Timper) Childers, son, John Hrabusicky and grandson, John Michael Kierre.
He is survived by children, Ann (Steve) Hughes of Goshen, Indiana, Cindy (Terry) Cupit of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Paula Lively of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Shelly (Dave) McCann of O'Fallon, Illinois, Phillip (Debbie) Childers of Collinsville, Illinois, Thomas (Mary Jo) Hrabusicky of Okawville, Illinois, William Hamilton and spouse Tyrus “Gil” Arnold of Lake Mary, Florida. He is further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren whom he dearly loved.
Clark served his country valiantly in the United States Navy in Japan from 1946 to 1949. He received the WWII Victory Medal and Navy Occupation Medal. After he was discharged, Clark opened and operated the Main Street Theatre and Clark’s Coin Shop in Little Rock, Arkansas. After moving to Belleville, he worked at B.A.C. theatres. He owned and operated Collector’s Corner with Rosemarie in Belleville, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Friday, January 26th, 2024, at Valhalla Gaerdner Holten Funeral Home, Belleville, Illinois.

Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery, Belleville, Illinois.
