Grace H. Kirkpatrick

Grace Hubert Kirkpatrick passed into the care of Almighty God on February 25, 2013, the day after her 86th birthday. She was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on February 24, 1927. She met her husband, Kenneth K Kirkpatrick while they were both students at Louisiana State University. They were married in Baton Rouge on October 30, 1945, and moved to Oklahoma, where they lived for many years before moving to Texas.

Grace was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She leaves behind her husband, Kenneth Kirkpatrick; her three children, Sharon Kirkpatrick Sanders, Richard Clifton Kirkpatrick and Brian Wayne Kirkpatrick; eight grandchildren, Sean Christian Giese Harris, Katie Kirkpatrick Key, Robyn Alyson Harris, Megan Nicole Harris, Patrick Richard Harris, Jesse Austin Kirkpatrick, Maria Paula Kirkpatrick, and Aurora Caroline Kirkpatrick; and four great-grandchildren, Haleigh Lauren Harris, Taylor Christian Harris, Sawyer Payton Harris and James Taylor Key‏; a sister-in-law, Iris Kirkpatrick Donnell and three nieces, Sylvia Kay Donnell, Linda Donnell Hall, and Cynthia Donnell Boutwell and their families, as well as several cousins, all of whom she loved dearly.

She was a member of Bluebell Chapter #856, O.E.S. and Past Worthy Matron of Ransford Chapter #135, O.E.S. Services will be at Earthman Funeral Home Bellaire at 2 pm on Sunday, March 3, with visitation immediately prior.
