On March 4, 2023, Scott T. Nicklas passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Nicklas; devoted father of Michael Nicklas, his wife Brittany, Eric Nicklas; loving grandfather of Tessa Nicklas, Kayson Nicklas; dear brother of Debby Beck, Rosemary DiSavino, and the late Talbot Nicklas.
Scott was the founder of Bagel Works Restaurants. "Voted Baltimore Best Bagel 7 years in a row."
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Schimunek Funeral Home, Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014, on Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Scott’s name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis TN 38105, or at www.stjude.org.
