Richard David Webb

On June 20, 2022 Richard David Webb passed away peacefully at home due to complications from Parkinson's disease and the early onset of dementia. He was born September 14, 1946 in New Jersey to the late Frank and Sarah Webb. Richard joined the Army out of High School in 1965, and later began working at BGE as a customer service representative where he met his beloved wife Tina Piasecki Webb. After 34 years with BGE he retired in 2002, he was an avid golfer and Yankee fan, he loved his family especially the grandchildren. Devoted father of Eric Webb and his wife Cheryl and Ryan Webb and his wife Zoe; cherished grandfather of Jarrett, Noah and Avery Webb; predeceased by three brothers and three sisters, now survived by dear brother of Joseph Webb and his wife Marilyn and mother-in-law Doris Piasecki. He is also survived by brother-in-law Gordon Piasecki and spouse Diana, sister-in-law Jean Moore and brother-in-law George Piasecki and spouse Janet. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, 610 W MacPhail Road, on Monday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 10 am.
