James Russell Fox, of Fallston Maryland, passed away peacefully in his sleep on the morning of May 15, 2023. He was 65 years old. He was born and grew up in Bel Air Maryland, lived briefly in North Carolina, and spent the last part of his life in Maryland. He is survived by his mother, Jeanette Bond, his brother Robert Fox and his wife Carol Hofbauer, his step-brother Marvyn Bond and his wife Linda, his nephews Eric Fox and his wife Naina Sood (and his two children, Lyla and Zoe), Jason Fox and Kevin Bond and his wife Kim. Russell had an avid interest in baseball cards and computer game cards and was a dedicated Orioles and Ravens fan. He was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed by all.
A Celebration of Russell’s life will be held at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air Inc., 610 W. MacPhail Rd. Bel Air, MD 21014, on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 1:00 PM. A graveside Service was previously held at Bel Air Memorial Gardens. Those who wish may make memorial contributions in Russell's name to Key Point Health Services, 135 North Park St Aberdeen, MD 21001.
