On December 12, 2020 Howard E. Sheppard passed away, beloved husband of Shirley Sheppard (nee Lindsey); devoted father of Donna Jean Armes and her husband Max, Mark Sheppard and his wife Donna; cherished grandfather of Danielle, Ethan, Ashley, Joel, Cory and Aaron; loving great-grandfather of Blake, Kylan, Alivia, Leo and Jonah; dear brother of Jane Bradfield and the late Virginia Ritchie. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Howard is an Army Veteran and served during the Korean War, he was a Coach at Towson University for the Tennis Team, he was an avid tennis player, boater, and automobile enthusiast. Howard had a special love for his family, especially his grand and great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air on Tuesday from 6-8 pm, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11 am. Interment Moreland Memorial Park.
