William "Bill" Harvey Holtsclaw Sr.

William "Bill" Harvey Holtsclaw Sr., 68 of Indianapolis, born on May 11, 1953 in Springfield Illinois to the late James and Mary Holtsclaw passed on September 27 2021. He worked at burns security, and micrometals. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Vicky Holtsclaw, his son, William Holtsclaw Jr, his grandson, Austin Holtsclaw, his siblings, Mary Holtsclaw-Withem, Gordon Holtsclaw, Ed Holtsclaw, Mike Holtsclaw, Paul Holtsclaw, and Phyllis Breedlove, along with several other family members. He is survived by his son Dustin (Kimberly) Holtsclaw, daughters Patricia Holtsclaw and Angela Holtsclaw. His grandchildren, James Holtsclaw, Victoria Holtsclaw, Mark Mann, Robert Worden, Melissa Worden, Malachi Holtsclaw, William Holtsclaw III, Ashley Samuels, Brittany Samuels, Frank Samuels III, Karissa Hale, and 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are his other siblings, Rick Holtsclaw, Mark Holtsclaw, Lester Rhodes, and Sheri Davis-Flanagan. He loved going fishing and spending time with his family. Fishing was his favorite pastime. His grandchildren were all his favorite and he enjoyed spending every moment he could with them. He loved his dogs almost as much as he did his grandchildren. He loved watching his old western and Disney movies. He loved playing his candy crush and thug life on his phone. A visitation for Bill will be held Thursday, October 7, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Little & Sons Funeral Home, 1301 Main St, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dustin and Kimberly Holtsclaw to help with funeral costs.
