Mitchell (Mickey) Harrison Cooper II, 70, of Crab Orchard, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Charleston, WV. He was born April 29, 1950 in Killarney, WV to the late Mitchell H. Cooper and Hazel Cook Cooper.
Mickey was a 1968 graduate of Stoco High School and a member of Cranberry Baptist Church where he enjoyed singing in the choir. Mickey worked for Mabscott Supply Company for 32 years and enjoyed woodworking, bowling, golfing and fishing.
Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 20 years, Loma Cooper; son, Chris Cooper and wife Katie; brothers, Starlin Cooper and wife Patricia, Leslie (Randy) Cooper and wife JoAnn; sister, Anita Neal; grandchildren, Carter and Chloe Cooper; many nieces and nephews; his loyal dog, Gizzy; and chicken, Henrietta.
Funeral Service will be held at Blue Ridge Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Friends may gather with the family from 11:00 – 1:00.
Due to current health restrictions all guests must wear facial coverings at all times within the facility.
