It is with great sadness the family of Carrie Marie Stoots announces her passing on April 25, 2018, after a brief illness at the age of 67. Carrie was the daughter of the late Ott Vince Webb and Amilia Stover Athey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Janette Leigha Stoots, Phillis Rae Blair; brothers, Glen Webb and Buster Webb.
Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband Donald Ray Stoots of 49 years; children, Janice Lynn Varney of Statesville, NC., Donna Marie Craft of Eccles, WV.; grandchildren, Joshua Varney of Statesville, NC., Taylor Dickens of Eccles, WV, Dustin Riechard and beloved pet, Macie.
