Brandi Nichol Atwood

Brandi Nichol Atwood, 34, of Mt. Hope passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014.

Born January 18, 1980 at Beckley; she is the daughter of Phyllis Diane Atwood Sheets.

Brandi enjoyed 4-wheeling, liked big trucks, embroidering, sewing, and spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was of the Pentecostal Faith.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Oscar and Stella Atwood; a uncle, Donald Atwood; and a cousin, Ryan Atwood.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Phyllis Diane Atwood Sheets of Mt. Hope; brother, Brandon Sheets and wife, Shannon of Mt. Hope; a cousin whom she loved like a sister, Tonya Newman; uncles, John Atwood and Thomas Atwood; nieces, Haley and Abigail Newman; nephews, Aaron Sheets and Micheal Atwood; several cousins, extended family and a host of friends.

Services to celebrate the life of Brandi Nichol Atwood will be held 2:00PM Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Blue Ridge Funeral Home, Beckley with Pastor Greg Hurley officiating. Following the services Brandi will be laid to rest at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, Beckley. Family and friends will be serving as pallbearers.

Friends may gather with the family from 1:00PM until time of the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
