Shawn Marie Barlow

Shawn Marie Barlow, 49, of Youngstown, Ohio, was born on August 20, 1972, at the Bad Cannstatt 5th General Army Hospital in Stuttgart, Germany, and went to be with the Lord on December 30, 2021.

Shawn was preceded in death by her mother June Carolyn Fitzer, and grandparents Carl Edward Holton and Betty June Cluff.

She is survived by her children, Megan L. Mitchell (Marcus), Matthew K. Barlow (Maura Davison), and grandchildren Marcus Jr. and Mariah Mitchell, sister Sonja E. Barnhard, brother Andrew M. Fitzer (Lacey) 7 nieces, 5 nephews, parents Gary Rupp (Susan), stepsister Mary Hooper, stepbrother Tony Miranda, her ex-husband Keith Barlow, and many more that loved her.

Shawn spent the last 15 years delivering goods to the far reaches of America as a truck driver, from California to Maine. She met many people in her travels and made many friends along the way.

A Celebration of Life for Shawn will be held Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont, Texas 77703.
