I have known Weldon for over 60 years. His kindness and laughter was spectacular to be around. I am just glad these last 5 years we were able to attend dinners and concerts. In fact the last one he went to with us was the Oak Ridge Boys and he sat behind us and you could hear him singing. He really enjoyed and although that night was pretty rough with his health problems he never complained a bit. Weldon was one of the good guys. I will miss my ole buddy but I know he is enjoying Kathy as he spoke of her often. Its going to be tough going to our "special" mexican restaurant and not see him. We will leave an empty chair for him. Fly high ole buddy until we meet again.

Gosh Weldon, one of the most genuine good guys I've had the fortune and honor to know and work with.    Lots of hugs and love to the family. 

When I told Weldon I was going to be a grandma but wasn't sure what I wanted to be called he said Nana like my Kathy because she was a good one. He brought me this for my birthday. I will miss and cherish our memories. 

I want to express our sympathies for the passing of Weldon to his family.  It's been a while since we have seen Weldon but he was always family and  always welcome.

I worked with Weldon for over 20 years at Texas Eastern. It was always a pleasure to see him. He was always helpful, friendly and a great gentleman to work with. He also made me Christmas decorations I that I put out for 20 years. A large snowman and Santa Claus. You will be missed but we can all cherish our fond memories of you. Until we meet again 

Rest easy Big Papa. One of the best for sure! World was a better place with him in it. I know you and Kathy are dancing in heaven .-

I remember goin with him to Dickinson to the "strip" in his silver Chevy truck. He loved drag racin! He'd tell me "hang on sister! Cause it's gonna be one helluva fast ride!" I laughed all the way down til we stopped. Man! It was awesome! When we were talkin the other day I brought up Dickinson & that because of him, I love drag racin. He told me that I was his good luck charm, cause he ways won when I was with him. 
I'm thankful for memories because they last forever ❤ I will always have those memories. Til we meet again, big brother, keep that crooked grin on your mouth & that twinkle in your eyes. 

Weldon was a sweet cousin who shared our fun family gatherings and our grief as we said "goodbye" to our family members, one by one.  Now, I will miss his warm bear hugs, whether at joyful family events, like outdoor fish fries, or in our sadness during our loss of loved ones. Now, we say so long to Weldon.  May he be welcomed with hugs from his loved ones in Heaven, especially my brother, Herbert Charles Muckleroy, who always thought Weldon looked like him.   So long, dear Weldon.  I love you, Cousin. ❤😢
