Mr. Thomas Paul Wilson

Thomas Paul Wilson, age 71, of Crosby, Texas, passed away on August 8, 2024. He was born in Liberty, Texas on April 10, 1953 to John Lee and Thelma Wilson. He was married to Karen Cooper Wilson for 12 years. Thomas is preceded in death by his father, John Lee Wilson and his ex-wife, Karen Wilson.

Thomas owned and ran Best Buy Auto Supply and a Texaco service station early in his career. He then went on to become a truck driver and worked for several trucking companies. He retired as a dump truck driver for GTX Railroad. In his early years, Thomas enjoyed boats, fishing, race cars, and camping. As time moved on, you could find him watching old westerns and reality shows on TV. Thomas always enjoyed being with his family and his grandchildren.

Thomas is survived by his mother, Thelma Ringer; his siblings Kathleen (Donald) Tassin, John (Tina) Wilson, Joseph (Sandra) Wilson, Nancy (Burn) Simmons; daughter Tiffanie (Joseph) Young and son Bryan (Sandra) Wilson; four grandchildren Nakaih, Sebastian, Keenan Wilson, and Kai Young; 1 niece and 6 nephews.

A gathering of family and friends will be held at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521 on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A rosary and mass will be Thursday, August 15, 2024. The rosary and viewing begins at 12:30 PM and mass at 1:30 PM at St. Jude's Catholic Church Highlands, 800 S. Main Street, Highlands, Texas 77562. The committal will be at Sterling White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Road, Highlands, Texas 77562 at 3:00 PM.
