Ruby Lynn Ryan, a beloved woman by so many left this world on March 7, 2018. Her love and passion for life simply cannot be put into words. She will be eternally remembered as the most loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and G-Maw. All of her friends were considered family, she truly never knew a stranger. Ruby is survived by her husband and best friend Louis Patrick Ryan “Pat”, her children Stacy Bird, son-in-law Gene Bird, son Douglas Ryan, daughter in-law Lisa Ryan, daughter Amy Ryan, son in-law Darrell Mutz, daughter Georgiann Kitzman, son in-law David Jackson and son Kevin Ryan. She is also survived by her grandchildren Kaley Rodgers and husband Chris Rodgers, Tyler Bird, Chris Jouvenat, Amanda Jouvenat , Lane Chavez and the lights of her life, her great grandchildren Austin and Aiden Rodgers. Ruby is also survived by her Sister Janette Laird, husband Gene and Brother Ronald Barton. She is preceded in death by her Father James Oliver Barton, Mother Georgia Mae Ross, Sister Joyce Ann and Brother Donald. Ruby was born in Eugene, Oregon and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Baytown, TX. She spent almost three decades working for Stockham Valves & Fittings where she began her mark for women in the industrial marketplace. She went on to forge that legacy for forty-four years always making friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 12, 2018 from 12:00-2:00PM at Earthman Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas with a funeral service beginning 2pm. Interment will follow at Grand View Cemetery in Pasadena, TX. Serving as pallbearers are Arnold Mc Gill, Ricky Teepee, Michael Teepee, Jonathan Temple, Blair Williamson, Matt Wooten, Mark Wooten and honorary pallbearer Richard Hutto. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Ruby’s life.
