His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Biddy officiating. Burial will follow at Hill of Rest Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jacob Robison, Zachary Robison, Lee Boatwright Jr., Cathy Banda, John David Linares, and Jerry Ray.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Christian and Almeda Heil and grandfather, Willie Seay. He is survived by his wife, Heather Seay, son, Crispin Lee Seay, and stepdaughter, Kayla Mullins, all of Wallisville; parents, Raymond and Donna Seay and sister, Alicia Seay, all of Old River-Winfree; grandparents, Lee and Betty Boatwright of Livingston and Thelma Seay of Batesville, AR; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
