Olga Villarreal

Olga Villarreal, 63, of Baytown, passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2007 surrounded by her loving family. Olga was born on September 16, 1943 in Mexico and moved to Baytown in 1970. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She also loved cooking for her family. She was always happy and enjoyed being with people.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vicente and Dionicia Avendano; son, Victor Villarreal; and sister, Rosa Gutierrez.

She is survived by her husband, Diego Villarreal Sr. of Baytown; daughters and sons-in-law, Griselda & Rolando Garza of Baytown, Maria & Hilario Solis of La Porte, Diana & Orlando Hernandez of Highlands; sons & daughter-in-law, Diego Villarreal Jr. & wife Annabel of Baytown, David Villarreal of La Porte, Ruben Villarreal of Baytown; grandchildren, Erica, Rachel, Roland Jr., Jessica, Ashley, Orlando Jr., Vanessa, Alejandro, Diego III, Hannah Joy, Jesusa, and Angelica; great grandchildren, Arianna and Jasaidy; sisters & brother-in-law, Paula Flores of Mexico, Maria & Leonel Salinas of Sullivan, TX and Juanie Avendano of Monterrey, Mexico; brothers & sister-in-law, Arcenio Avendano of La Joya, TX and Roberto & Rosa Avendano of Mexico.

Serving as pallbearers will be Diego Villarreal Jr., David Villarreal, Ruben Villarreal, Rolando Garza, Orlando Hernandez and Hilario Solis.

Her family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Monday, May 28, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be Tuesday, May 29, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Burial will follow at White Cemetery in Highlands.
