Lance B. Swint

Lance was a lifelong resident of Baytown. His friendly smile and outgoing personality will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. No one will forget the hours of Lance listening to Classic Rock and playing on his electric guitar.

Lance was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Swint. He is survived by his father, Robert Swint, of Baytown; his sisters and brother-in-law Angela and Chris Bowers of Mont Belvieu and Melody Swint of Baytown. He is also survived by his brother-in-law Canaan Hobbs of Baytown; uncles and aunts, Don Swint of Baytown, Stephen and Cheryl Swint of Dickenson, Edgar Wayne and Jean Stover of Titusville, Florida, Francis and Tom Jancula of Baytown and Linda and Jeff Buuch of Cushing, Texas; and his nephews and nieces, Braden, Tiffani, John Morgan, Christopher, Ashlyn, and Canaan and numerous cousins.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for the years of patience and exceptional care given to Lance by Dr. John Wamble and his staff, and Dr. Toks Akinyeye.

A memorial service is to be held Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Navarre Funeral Home in Baytown. The Rev. Mike Proctor will preside. At Lance's request, he will be cremated.
