Jack was a devoted husband and father. His three children were the loves of his life.
He attended both McLennan Community College and Texas State Technical Institute in Waco, TX and spent six years in the Texas Army National Guard. In 1991 he started working for Aramark Corporation at Baylor University and progressively ascended to his current senior leadership role as District Manager in Higher Education covering New Mexico and West Texas. He was also an avid Texas Longhorns fan and was happy to see the New Orleans Saints win the super bowl!
Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Steve Eugene & Shirley Ann Niles. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Partida-Niles. They had planned on celebrating their 10th year Anniversary on February 14th. He is also survived by his three beautiful children, Jocelyn Elizabeth, Jayelyn Brielle and Jeremiah Eugene; step-dad, Karl Petzold; brothers, Kenny and Robert Niles, nephew Kris and wife Ashley, nieces Addison and Brooklyn and nephew Matthew Niles. He is also survived by his Mother-in-law, Hermelinda Partida and Debbie Tobin, who was like the sister he never had.
Pallbearers will be Kenny Niles, Robert Niles, Tito Partida, Eli Partida, Bobby Partida and Silvestre Gomez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeremy Niles, Kris Niles, Matthew Niles, Joe Palmer and Terry Juarez.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, February 11, 2010 at Navarre Funeral Home. Services will be held at Navarre Funeral Home on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m.
