Daniel Burrell

Daniel Burrell, 61, of Wallisville, TX, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2014. He was born on July 30, 1953 in Baytown, TX, and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. Daniel married a native from Anahuac, Christine Scott Burrell. He worked for J.M. Huber for 30 years, and Chambers County for 12 years. Danny Boy was about to retire from Chambers County Solid Waste. Daniel loved his family, the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Burrell, Sr., and Mary Louise Burrell; and brother, Darrell Wade Burrell.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Scott Burrell; daughter, Naomi Canta Johnson and husband Barnet; sons, Daniel Priest Burrell and wife Lakashah, Danny Jermail Burrell and wife Alyssa, Christopher Jermaine Burrell and wife Kerissa, and Namon Scott; sisters, Susan Hightower, and Carolyn Elmore; brothers, Robert Burrell, Jr. and wife Billie, Bruce Burrell and wife Jolene, and Joel Finis; grandchildren, Tia’nay Rose, Layla Scott Kaboris, Kaianna, Akeylah, Christian, Audrey, and Easton Burrell; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Earthman Funeral Home.
