Bridget Renee Modisette died Thursday February 12, 2009 at the age of 23. She was born on May 20, 1985 in Baytown TX. Bridget attended Ross S. Sterling High School and then enrolled at Lee College. She was a Security Officer for Andy Frain Security Company at the Port of Houston.
Bridget was an avid collector of Beatles memorabilia, The Doors, Pink Floyd and music from the Vietnam War era. She was always listening to music from the 50's, 60's and 70's through today's music. Bridget could name every song, group and knew all the lyrics to them all. She enjoyed creating abstract art and charcoal drawings. Bridget also composed her own music and enjoyed writing poetry. She loved to read, and collected books on several subjects including art, music, criminology, and popular culture. She played oboe in junior high, and mastered her acoustical guitar and two electric guitars. Her wide tastes enabled her to hone a razor sharp wit, and she always had a joke to share with everyone.
Bridget was a very caring person and the first one to show when anyone needed a friend. She was always trying to bring a smile to her friends and family, whether it be through a goofy face, silly nickname or a joke. Her famous hugs and hilarious text messages and voicemails will be missed by all her friends and family and her beautiful smiling face and generous spirit will be missed by all her knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, John Leo Goodney and Johnnie ""Dute"" Modisette, and her aunts Theresa Baggett Martin and Christine Modisette.
