Ronnie Mae (Williamson) Land

"Our beloved, Ronnie Mae (Williamson) Land, returned to her Heavenly home, Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at the age of 92.  She was born on June 2, 1925 in Silas, AL.  Ronnie is survived by her sons, Shawn David Land (Gisela) of Dumfries, VA, Daniel Land Jr. (Ernestine) of Milwaukee, WI, Eric Charles Land (Yvonne) of San Jose, CA and her daughter Ramona Rae (Land) Schultz (Tyrone) of Baton Rouge, LA, 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.  Ronnie is preceded in death by her parents, Callie (Herron) and Lafayette Williamson Sr., four Sisters, three Brothers, her daughter-in-law Martha Louise (Beamon) Land and her beloved husband of 47 years, Daniel Land Sr.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 22th from 1-2 PM at Cross of Glory Lutheran Church on 5500 Stumberg Lane, Baton Rouge, LA, 70816.  Funeral services will begin at 2pm in the same location.  Repass will follow services in Cross of Glory's Fellowship Hall at 3pm.  Ronnie's final resting place will be in Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the Wood National Cemetery with her husband.  Special thanks to the staff at Colonial Care Retirement Center for taking good care of Ronnie while she was with us and to Rabenhorst Funeral Homes for the compassion and care shown Ronnie's family during this time.
