Richard Dean Woodward, passed away on Monday December 9th, 2024, after a long battle with cancer at the age of 71. He was the son of the late Jean Gilliam and stepson of the late Edward Gilliam. Richard was the brother of Kathy Gill and Ronald Woodward. He preceded in death by his two siblings, David Woodward and Judy Woodward. After graduating from Central High School, Richard became a welder and a boilermaker member of local 582.
