Linda Gill Betz, a native of Kentwood and a resident of Baton Rouge, passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at the age of 69. She was a retired supervisor with The Department of Natural Resources. Linda loved reading, her pets and especially her family. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Gorman Gill, her mother, Maxine Thomas Gill; step-mother, Dorothy Gill. She is survived by her son, David Betz and his wife Hondie, granddaughter, Rebecca Betz, son, Daniel Betz. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation which will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at Greenoaks Funeral Home from 5pm-9pm. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019 at Greenoaks Funeral Home at 10am. Burial will be in Tangipahoa Cemetery in Tangipahoa, Louisiana.
