Joyce Lawrence

Joyce passed away at the age of 77 at her home in Central, La. She graduated from Bogalusa High School and married her high school sweetheart. She was Co-owner of Sid's Seafood in Baton Rouge for many years and a member of Grace Church of Central. She had a passion for gardening, playing with her flowers and an unconditional love for her family and friends. She had the ability to love each in a unique way that made each feel special.

Survived by her children: Susie Q and Red Lasyone, Gayle Foster and Bill Linder, Stacey Lawrence and Dana Tucker. Her grandchildren: Russell and Sarah Lasyone, Kaylen Lawrence and Ron, Jared Lasyone and Megan, Lauren Lawrence, April and Garrett Matejowsky, Breanna and Dallas Turpin, PFC Blake Foster and Aliye, Hunter Lawrence, Trey Hopper. Great grandchildren: Beaux, Arreaux, Medeaux and Avery Lasyone, Stella Matejowsky and soon to be Harvey Turpin. Sister Judy Riles and brothers: Harry and Rebecca McBeth, Marion "Mac" and Lynn McBeth, Micheal McBeth. Numerous aunts, nieces, nephews and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband Sidney "Sid" Lawrence, sons Alan and Steven Lawrence: parents Juanita McBeth and Douglas Vining: Brother Larry McBeth.

Services will be held Oct 4th at Grace Church of Central with visitation starting at 9:30 am services will immediately follow at 11:30 am.

She will be carried to her final resting by the young men in her life, her grandsons and grandsons-in-love, at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
