Riley Brian Belcher, 73, of Peoria passed away at 6:26 pm Friday, December 8, 2017 at his residence.
He was born December 9, 1943 in Decatur, the son of Riley Carl and Ruth Ella Pike Belcher.
Riley was survived by his mother; two daughters, Cindy Goble of Spring Hill, FL, and Brandy (William Tortat) Belcher of Peoria; eight grandchildren; and one brother, Mark Belcher of Peoria.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Riley was an Army Vietnam Veteran. He also retired from the Army Reserves after twenty-five years. He last worked for Per Mar Security as a security officer until his illness.
Cremation rites have been accorded. There will be no services.
