Born April 18, 1958 in Clinton, IN to Everett Wayne and Mildred Irene (Williams) Miles; he married Toni Rae Lee on January 13, 1988 in Pekin, IL. She preceded him in death on October 29, 1994.
He was also preceded in death by his mother.
Surviving are his father, Everett Miles of Kentucky; children, Kari (Tom) Brown of Mapleton, Tasha (Nicholas) Mudd of Bartonville, and Michael (Carrie) Miles, Jr. of Groveland; step-daughters, Kathy Mitchell of Ponca City, OK, Erin Reese of Pekin and Emily Foster of Peoria;; grandchildren, Haley, Christian, Halle, Logan, Dominic, Sebastian, Meadow, Owen, and Alaina; brothers, Bradley (Colleen) Miles and Frederick Scott Miles; and nephews, Bradley, Nathaniel and Kyle.
Michael graduated high school from the Florida Technical School.
He was a NASCAR fan, cheering for Dale Earnhardt, WWE wrestling and Avatar movies.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the Davison-Fulton Bartonville Chapel with the Rev. Craig Hislope officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery in Pekin. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Thursday.
