Barbara Jean McDaniels

She was born July 27,1929 in Peoria, Illinois to Frederick Grover and Ora Lee (Stein) Wolfe. She married Clinton McDaniels on July 17, 1948 in Burlington, Iowa. He preceded her in death December of 1998 in Peoria, Illinois. She was also proceded by one daughter (Barbara McDaniels).

Barbara worked briefly for Krogers and K-Mart in the Peoria area and was a homemaker. She was a D. A. V. Auxillary Member, and had done volunteer duty at the Peoria Veterans Outpatient Clinic. She attended Faith Missionary Church in Bartonville.

She is survived by two daughters, Carol McDaniels of Bartonville, Debra (Steve) Kroll of Joliet, Illinois. One son survives, Clint (Brenda) McDaniels of Pekin, Illinois.

She has one brother surviving, David (Marilyn) Wolfe of Milford, Ohio

Three grandchildren survive, Tom Murphy of Chillicothe, Illinois, Michelle Justice of Pekin, Illinois and Sgt. John (Andrea) McDaniels of Lacey, Washington. She has also 8 Great Grandchildren. One niece and two nephews survive also.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, March 2, 2011 at the Davison Fulton Bartonville Chapel. The Rev. Craig Hislope will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior the services on Wednesday at the chapel. Burial will be in the Lutheran Cemetery, Peoria.
