William “Bill” Gleason, Sr, 70, of Cordova passed away Thursday, September 1, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett. Bill enjoyed playing golf and saying “It’s Miller Time” as he is partaking of his favorite beverage, “Miller Lite.” He was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Paul Gleason; and is survived by his daughter, Anna Gleason Silber of North Carolina; sons, Anthony Gleason of Ohio and Billy Gleason of North Carolina; seven grandchildren, Andrew Cabe, Lizanne Gordon, Justin Silber, Jenna Gleason, Danielle Gleason, Liam Gleason and William “Tripp” Gleason, III; three great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held to honor Bill’s life at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 5, 2016 at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd., Bartlett, TN.
