She was born to the late Grove and Charlotte Smith on December 2nd, 1943 in New York, New York. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by, 1 sister, 4 brothers, and her ex-husband and father of her children, Charles H. Williams, Sr.

Karen is survived by her children, Charles H. Williams, II; Isis N. Williams; grandchildren, Denetria L. Williams, Charity Williams, Kymora L. Neely, Koryn R. Moore, Charles H. Williams, III, and Charlotte T. Williams.

Memorials may be made to St. Paul Baptist Church, 2124 E. Holmes Rd, Memphis, TN 38116.

Family will receive friends from 1:00pm to 2:00pm on Saturday, July 23rd at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N. Germantown Rd, Bartlett, TN. Services will follow at 2:00pm.
