He is the beloved husband of 55 years to Donna Lee DeBarge; son of the late Raymond Eugene
DeBarge, Sr. and Ruth Mary Spellman DeBarge; dear father of Jackie Means and her husband Chris, and Raymond Eugene DeBarge III and his wife Jennifer, cherished grandfather of Ryan DeBarge, Tyler Means, Dillon Means, Raymond DeBarge IV, Taylor DeBarge, and Caitlyn White; dear brother of the late Bonnie Steffey. Ray is also survived by his great grandchildren as well as loving family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Burgee- Henss Seitz Funeral Home, Inc. 3631 Falls Road, Baltimore, Maryland 21211 on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 from 3:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm, where a Celebration of Ray's Life will be held on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:00am.
Interment and Military Honors at Moreland Memorial Park.
