Survived & loved by sister, Janet Jackson & brother, Kenneth Shaffer & his wife, Wendy Shaffer, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces & great-great nephews.
Graveside services will be held in the spring at Good Shepherd Cemetery,2805 Rogers Ave., Ellicott City, Maryland,21043 .
