On October 1, 2022, Gertrude M. Getz (nee Critcher); beloved wife of the late John Getz; devoted mother of Joseph Getz, Robert Getz, and Barbara Getz; loving grandmother of Staci Czajka, Chris Getz, Kimberly Rheam, and Justin Getz; great-grandmother of Ethan Czajka, Aidan Czajka, Ellie Getz, Lauren Getz, Sutter Getz, Brodin Getz, and Andy Rheam; dear sister of the late William Critcher and John Critcher.

Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the Charles S. Zeiler Funeral Home, 6224 Eastern Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21224, on Monday, October 10, 2022 from 3-5 PM and 7-9 PM. A Mass of Christian Funeral will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 10 AM, at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church (Baltimore, MD). Interment will follow at Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery (Dundalk, MD).
