Our little Angel left to Heaven on November 7, 2011. Christopher was born September 4, 2008 in Bakersfield at Memorial Hospital. Christopher was a very happy and loving baby, who fought a battle against cancer for 7 months. Christopher loved to spend time with his grandma Jessica Vela and his other grandma and papa Renee and Eli Patterson. He loved shopping with his nina Virginia Vela and playing with his uncle Joey Lopez. Christopher also enjoyed eating hot wings with his father and mother Robert and Mariah Chavez. Christopher was also loved by aunts, uncles and all family members. Visitation will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel Monday, November 14th, from 4:00 to 8:00 pm with a wake at 6:00pm funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 15th, at 10:00am in Hillcrest Memorial Chapel with interment to follow.
