Mary Elizabeth GROOME (nee GOODFELLOW) November 25, 1932 – December 12, 2023 (age 91).
Mary died at the CHSLD d'Aylmer – La Renaissance. She is survived by her 2 daughters Rosemary (Thomas) and Valerie, her brother John (Hélène), many nephews, nieces, great-nephews and great-nieces, the family of her late partner Eric Smith, and her close friend Yvonne Boyce.
Mary was a sweet kind person, always ready to help others. She will be greatly missed.
At Mary's written wishes there will be no funeral or memorial service, however a gathering will be held at a later date for family and very close friends.
It was also Mary's wish that any donations in her name be made to M.A.B. (Montreal Association for the Blind).
