Mrs. Emma Lee Black Alridge was born on December 3, 1936 to Major Lee and Emma Black. She attended public schools in Bastrop, Texas. She was preceded in death by: her parents; a sister, Doris Thomas; and a brother, R.C. Black. She leaves to mourn her homegoing: four sons, Ernest Lee Alridge, Charles (Hardina) Alridge, Jerry (Denise) Alridge, and Louis Alridge all of Austin, Texas; two sisters, Eula Mae Mackey of Taylor, Texas and Ethel Haywood of Austin, Texas; three brothers, L.C. Black of Houston, Texas, Mellon Black of San Angelo, Texas, and Eugene Black of Bastrop, Texas; one grandson, Daniel Alridge; a very special friend, Alexander Alridge; a special niece, Mary Hill; a special great nephew, James Thomas; and a host of relatives and friends.
