Michael was with his beloved mother, Mary Faubion, when they were called to be with our Lord on January 24, 2007, due to a car accident. Michael was preceded in death by his grandfather, Robert Schoenfeld and his "Granny" Catherine Bruce. Michael left behind his loving father, Michael Eugene Mims, Sr.; his loving siblings, Melissa Mims, Deborah Mims, Christoper Mims, Michael Ryan Mims; his nephews, Chase, Aaron and Brayden Mims; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Michael will truly be missed by all the lives he touched. Visitation will be held from 6:00 pm 8:00 pm on Monday, January 29, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, January 30, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Chapel with Pastor David Rose officiating. Interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery in Manchaca, Texas.
