Marsha Murray McCarroll Wilson Marsha Murray McCarroll Wilson, born April 5, 1944, peacefully passed away on July 3, 2005 with her son Bennett McCarroll at her side. She had courageously battled brain cancer for more than sixteen years. Marsha graduated from S.F. Austin High School in 1962. She was an honor graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where she earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in accounting. At UT she was a member of Delta Delta Delta sorority and several honorary accounting fraternities. She later taught at Rice University in Houston, Texas, and at Babson College in Massachusetts. She was a member of the State Society of CPAs and maintained a successful CPA practice for over twenty years. She was predeceased by her father William J. Murray, Jr. and her brother-in-law Ronald C. Schultz. She is survived by her son Bennett Bolton McCarroll, his wife Helen and their daughters Katherine and Maggie of Pelham, New York; her mother Jo Newton Murray; her sisters Jo Anna Schultz, Janice Stoley and husband John; her brother William J. Bill Murray III and wife Deborah, all of Austin. She is also survived by her beloved nieces and nephews: Ron Schultz, wife Courtney and their children Will, Anna, and Hayley of Dubai, U.A.E.; Dr. Randall Schultz, wife Kimberly and daughter Audrey of Austin; Deidre Stoley of Dallas; Dade Stoley and Jamie Murray, of Austin. The family would like to express its deep appreciation to Dr. Robert Grossman and staff of Baylor Medical Center in Houston, Texas and to Dr. Dennis Welch and staff of Austin, Texas; also to special friends Charles Homer, Tina McCann and cousin Nancy Comer, all of Austin; to the staff of Hospice Austin and Christopher House; and to her extended family and many loyal and devoted friends whose love and support have been invaluable. A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2005, at Austin Memorial Park followed by a Memorial service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at University Presbyterian Church, 2203 San Antonio Street.
