Kolin was born on December 8, 1988 to Katsue Sunagawa and Takahiko Maki in Queens, New York. After Kolin graduated from Stamford High School in 2007, he went on to study at Southern Connecticut University in West Haven, Connecticut.
After college, Kolin ventured to Austin, Texas with his closest friends to build their future. It was in Austin, TX where Kolin discovered his passion and ‘Ikigai’. As an entrepreneur he started and helped build the Organic Muscle brand with his closest friends.
Kolin is survived by his mother, stepfather, brother, sister, nephews and niece, his girlfriend, her children and her family. He is remembered as a remarkable being, absolute divine soul, and a great wise man. Kolin will always be remembered as a legacy, amazingly known for his kindness and generosity, delightful humor, magnificent style, and his loving spirit.
