Justin Christian Helms

Justin was born in Norman, Oklahoma in 1975 to Penny Rivenbark Patton and Jim Helms. Justin attended Anderson High School in Austin before heading to Dallas to study business at Southern Methodist University. While at SMU, Justin played football for the Mustangs and was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Justin later obtained his MBA at the University of Illinois. Justin was Sooner Born and Sooner Bred, a forever Dallas Cowboys fan, and a dedicated supporter of youth sports.

Justin, you will live in our memories always and forever.

A memorial service to honor and celebrate Justin's life will be held on February 21, 2024 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Austin, Texas at 3:00 p.m., 1500 N. Capital of Texas Hwy, Austin, TX 78746. For those unable to attend, you are welcome to view Justin's service here.

Justin is survived by his wife, Tracy; dear children Hailey, Jake and Holden; parents Dabney and Jim Helms and Penny Rivenbark Patton; brother Jason Helms; step-sister Genna Robinson; step-brother Clay Broussard; and a large circle of extended family members and friends who felt his love and kindness.
