Jordan Daniel Junior Smith, 26, of Austin, passed unexpectedly January 27,2021 after a battle with Covid-19. Jordan was born September 17, 1994 in San Antonio, to Danny and Rebekah (Tello) Smith. He attended Premier High School in Austin. He was currently working as Delivery Manager at tso’ chinese.
Jordan was the sweetest, kindest, big teddy bear you ever met and always greeted you with the biggest hug. He loved his family more than anything, especially his only niece, Adeline Rose. He was like putty in her hands whenever she asked him to play Barbies with her. Jordan looked forward to spending time with family and having weekly family dinners. He was a rock for this family. His sister Mikayla loved just hanging out and talking to Jordan. His face would light up as he told her about his day. Jordan loved playing video games with his best friend and brother Sky when he wasn't working. Jordan had many friends in the gaming community where his handle was "Sapros". He was a loving friend, uncle, nephew, brother, and son and will be missed by all who loved him.
Jordan is survived by his parents, Danny and Rebekah (Tello) Smith of Austin; sister Mikayla Smith of Austin; brother Skyler Smith of Austin and Austin Harp and his wife Amanda of Amarillo. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Estefana Gloria Rodriguez of Temple; Aunts, Paula Bowen and her husband Russell of Dalhart, Anna Dalton and her husband Chad of Temple, Irma Ruiz and her husband Carlos of Temple, Racheal Daughtery and her husband Ash of Temple, Sara Tello of San Antonio, Stephanie Tello of Temple, Kelli Brown of Dallas, Shae Lingo and her husband Chris of Perryton; Uncle Carl Tello and wife, Chevon of Dallas, niece Adeline (Addie Rose) Tierney of Austin, and several cousins.
Jordan is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Raul JoseTello and paternal grandparents Junior Smith and Sue Smith.
A funeral service will take place at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 6, 2021 and will be located at 6100 North Lamar Blvd., Austin, Texas 78752. For those who are unable to come to the service, the service will be livestreamed at http://www.facebook.com/cookwaldenfuneralhome
