I am very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed playing golf with JT for a few years. He was a funny man. I learned many things from him while golfing. I pray for JT's family.

Such fond memories of working with JT in the athletics department at TSD. Also throughout childhood as he was my parents teacher and always a positive influence in the deaf community.  I loved his heart, love of family and passion as a teacher.  JT was the best birthday singer!  I will always remember and cherish you. 

May God provide comfort to the family HT so dearly loved.

So many memories of JT but my favorite is of him playing golf with my dad. He was always so vibrant, healthy and happy every time I saw him. Even in the most recent years he always had a smile and a great big hello regardless of how he may have felt at the time. 

I am sad to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. JT Jacobs was awesome and did a great job as the head coach for wrestling and assistant coach the football, and teacher in our class of 1983 at Texas school the for Deaf. I remember the stories he told about wrestling and football at TSD and college. I want to say thanks to JT Jacobs for being a great teacher and athlete. I love you.

Sorry about loss. But I always remember his smile face and said good morning to me when I got off from school bus and walked to buildings on TSD’s campus at almost every morning. Never forget his smile face. His family is in my 🙏. Hugs 🤟🏻

I am saddened to hear about JT passing.  I was one of his students and he always was cheerful and tried teach me math which I was bad at.     I admired his love for teaching.     Judy and his children my condolences and hugs.     

I'm so sad and sorry to learn about JT's passing. I always enjoyed chatting with him on campus at TSD. I loved his peaceful, friendly and happy spirit. The last conversation I had with him, he introduced me to his lovely wife while in the cafeteria.
I will keep his friends and family in my prayers and for God to fill the void as the community grieves the loss of a husband, father and friend.
