Ignacio "Nacho" Olvera Estrada

He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

Ignacio was born on November 5, 1944, in Mezquital, Xichu, Guanajuato, Mexico.

He worked as a Terrazzo Mechanic installing terrazzo floors, but his real passion was making and selling tacos. In 1995 he opened up his first location where he had 2 taco trucks and a small restaurant "Nachos Tacos". In 1999 moved his restaurant to a bigger location and changed the name to "Nachos Mexican Restaurant" and continued with 3 taco trucks.

He is preceded in death by his father Edilberto Estrada, his mother Maria Guadalupe Olvera and his daughter Maria del Pilar Estrada, his brother Feliz Estrada, and his mother in law Teodora Vasquez.

He is survived by his Wife Noemi Estrada of 40 Years, his children Maribel Estrada, Suzanne Acosta (Danny Bueno), Pedro Acosta (Frances Acosta) and his siblings, Pedro, Miguel, Esperanza, Cecilia and Florina Estrada; and his grandchildren Elise Anahia, Aldo Alejandro, Jose Antonio Estrada; Victoria Acosta (Michael Loera), Destinee Alfaro-Acosta, Jose Antonio, Maria Guadalupe and Krysteena Alfaro; Toni Arlene Salazar (Eli Padilla), Pedro Acosta (Antonia) and Mariah Rangel (Enrique) ; his great grandchildren Andrea Ramos; Martin Andrew Rodriguez, Madison, Jayden, Jaycee, Sophia, Gregory Loera; Joshua, Audrina Garcia and Leabella San Juan; Lorenzo Vasquez; Matteo Cerda; Julian and Jayln Padilla; Noah and Delilah Rangel; Elijah and Damien Acosta. Several nieces and nephews.
