Gary R. Neill, age 53, of Austin, Texas, died Tuesday, January 6, 2009. Born on June 15, 1955, in Oakland, California, to the late John and Wenonah Neill of California. Mr. Neill was CEO of The Vision Management Group, Inc. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; sons, Andrew, Brent, and Jake; sisters, Jackie Neill, Wallace, CA, Mickey Neill, Alameda, CA, and Debbie Hoopingarner, Wallace, CA. A memorial service will be held at Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at 12:00 p.m. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Jake Neill College Fund, c/o Mr. William Kerley, 11906 Colleyville Drive, Austin, Texas 78738.
