Grief is the price we pay for loving someone. It is not a place to stay but only for a little while. No one can tell you how long you will visit this place but always remember why you come to visit. Thinking of you all.

My name is Carolyn and I got to know Frank by seeing him every morning in the extension when I worked in the Senate.  We chatted all the time and I'm sure I talked his ear off, but he had such an easy way about him that he always listened with such care. He always inquired about my family and he would share about his. It was such a wonderful way to start my day. I hadn't seen him in awhile since left the building a few years ago   but thought of him with esteem and I am very saddened.  My deepest and sincere condolences. 

I had the pleasure of working for 25 years with Frank in the General Services Division Shops of the Texas Department of Transportation .  Although we did not share a personal relationship outside of the workplace, I considered Frank to be a trusted friend.  A man I could always count on to help in any way that he could at a moment's notice with no hesitation .  I had not known of his cancer and was saddened to learn of his passing.  Upon his competition of nearly 71 trips around the sun, I think we can all agree he lived a good life !  
As Roy & Dale would have said, "Happy Trails to you, Frank, until we meet again" !

Frank made some of the hardest days at the capitol a little easier. Even on days when he wasn't there, whoever I was walking in with would step in with Frank's Classic "Happy Tuesday" or whatever day it was. It was an honor to get little nuggets of his life in those passing moments and to share mine too. I got him flowers on his late wife's birthday...he got me a card on mine. I was one of the hundreds of people who would pass him but he never made me feel like that. I'm so glad he is joining his wife and family, but he is dearly missed by me every day, every morning, and every time I pass his desk. Please accept my deepest condolences to Frank's family. 

Frank, thanks for always showing love to our family, especially to my Grandma MaryAnn and Dad Raymond. I have nothing but great memories of you throughout my life. I'll miss your humor and laugh. May you rest in peace.

Our sincere condolences to the Saucedo family. The neighborhood will not be the same without you Frank. You will truly be missed, you were family and our gatherings will be empty without you here. You had so much faith and never complained about your illness. You were Robert’s brother you could talk about anything. The 3 amigos you, Robert and Gary. My deepest condolences to Frank’s family. I remember Frank as a friend and one of the kindest and most gentle souls I’ve ever known. Frank I will miss you, and I look up  to you as someone to emulate and become a better person!

I was surprised, shocked and saddened by learning that Frank had passed. I only knew him a few years, first through his brother, then as  a coworker at the Capital, and as a Brother Knight. We ate lunch almost everyday for a year and a half, and that’s where I got to know him better. He had an interesting work history, and a great sense of humor. I don’t laugh out loud often, but when he and Alfred  got to talking smack at each other it was sometimes very funny. I liked being around him, he was strong of Faith, dedicated to his family and had a great sense of right and wrong and in helping those in need. I will truly miss his presence. 

I’m just heartbroken to hear of Frank’s passing. He and I were colleagues in the Senate and his smiling face was one I always loved to see. We shared many conversations in the elevator vestibule and I will cherish those memories. I will miss him terribly. 

Dear Frank's family,

My name is Miles Ray, I work for Senator Hall at the capitol. I am so saddened to hear about the passing of Frank and offer my deepest condolences. Frank was such a soft-spoken, kind, and humble man. When I became an intern during 2020, I would frequently have to go fetch things from my boss's car. Frank and I instantly hit it off, and he and I would talk about our weekends, sports, and what plans we had coming up with our families. As a young 18 year old at the time, Frank showed me how a man should take pride in all of his work. His simple acts of always greeting everyone who passed him each morning, to holding the door open for each person like a gentleman, and smiling that big smile to whomever he spoke with. He truly was a compassionate and a man filled with grace, and exemplified many fruits of the spirit that is only found through someone who cherished Jesus. I am so lucky to have known Frank for the few years I did, and I am a better man for it. I will pray for him and your family, and I thank God for putting a great man like him into my life.

Our condolence to the family.  Frank was a thoughtful and kindred spirit,  he always had a kind word to say.  We only saw him during Texas tailgating and crawfish boils but that was enough to know what kind of person he was. May God continue to strengthen and comfort you 'Carolyn' and the family, during your period of grieving.

My sincerest condolences. I would see Frank just about every morning, making my way into the extension in the Capitol building. We may have only spent a minute or two talking each day, but I grew to enjoy those brief moments as they were the start of my work day. He was kind and considerate, and seeing his smile every morning while we spoke about the weather became a routine. Those consistent exchanges do make a difference in peoples lives. I may not have known Frank very well on a personal level, but professionally speaking, he was helpful and always a gentleman. I will miss seeing Frank in his cool hats and him wishing me a good weekend. I hope you rest peacefully, Frank.

We were so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was such a warm, heavenly soul. We are so sorry, he was a great cousin. I remember when we were young since your dad was just a year oder than me.
